Lifetime Exchange Policy

At ShineDove, we are proud to offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on all purchases made through our platform. This policy ensures that you can continue to enjoy the value of your jewellery even if issues arise with your product, including those with gemstones and diamonds.

1. Eligibility for Lifetime Exchange

  • Product Issues: If your product, including any gemstones or diamonds, encounters issues, you can return it under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • Current Value Assessment: Upon return, your product will be evaluated for the current value of its materials, including gold, diamonds, and gemstones. A deduction will be made for melting and recovery costs, based on the prevailing market prices displayed on our website.

2. Deductions and Conditions

  • Melting and Recovery Costs: A minimum of 5% of the product’s value, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500, will be deducted to cover melting and recovery costs. This deduction is applied on a per-product basis if you are returning multiple items.
  • Gift Vouchers and Discounts: If you received gift vouchers or discounts at the time of purchase, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable. Alternatively, you may choose to return the gift vouchers. Any discounts or coupons used during the purchase will also be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Exchange Vouchers: After deductions, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the net value of your return. This voucher is valid for 12 months and can be used for purchasing any product from our store, except for gold coins. Please note that this voucher is non-convertible to cash.

3. Return Process

  • Return Timeline: Returns initiated after 30 days of purchase fall under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • Documentation: When returning a product, please include the original certificates provided by ShineDove. If the original certificates are not available, the jewellery will need to be re-certified at our labs, with the certification costs borne by the customer.
  • Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited to your account.

4. Important Considerations

  • Applicable Conditions: This policy is applicable only to undamaged jewellery that is accompanied by its original diamond certificate and purchase bill.
  • Exchange Procedure: After returning the product, you can select a new item of your choice from our store.
