Exchanges, Returns, and Warranties
Yes, gold coins can be exchanged under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
Yes, there is a time limit. Jewelry ordered through Bespoke Design must be returned within one week. The 30-day money-back policy does not apply to Bespoke Design orders, but the Lifetime Exchange Policy is applicable.
Yes, you can return your damaged product under our 30-day Money-Back Policy or Lifetime Exchange Policy. Any applicable costs for the damage will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account.
Yes, we accept exchanges under our Lifetime Exchange Policy. However, we do not accept jewelry without original bills. You must pack the jewelry along with the original certificates and bills and courier the package to us.
Ordering and Payment
Yes, you can place an order via phone call or mail. Once your order is placed, you will receive a token number. This type of order is categorized under Bespoke Design.
Yes, we offer an EMI facility for purchases up to ₹60,000.
Yes, you can place an order by sending the jewelry code through mail. This also falls under Bespoke Design.
Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹60,000.

Manufacturing and Certification
All of our jewellery is meticulously crafted under the supervision of our Order Management Team. We operate multiple manufacturing units located in Chennai, Mumbai, and Andhra Pradesh.

Our diamonds are certified by the GCA Certification Lab in Hyderabad.
CZs (Cubic Zirconia) are available in various colours. Neither sand nor dirt will scratch a CZ or a diamond, but both can scratch glass. A CZ stone is also heavier than a diamond.
No, the cost of CZs is significantly lower compared to diamonds.
No, CZs do not come with certificates.
